Afia Begum

Afia Begum, born on 28 November 1998, is a resident of Pakuria Bonbhag village under Narsingdi Sadar Upazila of Narsingdi District. She completed her education up to Class Eight. She is an entrepreneur and an active member and leader of a Somity (group) under the Khan Foundation’s Microcredit Programme (RCP). Through her involvement in the programme, she has demonstrated active participation in group activities and has taken on a leadership role within her Somity. She is the daughter of Aziz Mia and Ayesha Begum and is married to Murad Hossain. Her permanent address is Pakuria Bonbhag, Amdia, Narsingdi.
