Advocate Rokhsana Khondker

Rokhsana Khondker is the Founder and Chairperson of Khan Foundation and a distinguished advocate of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. With an LL.B. (Honours) from University of Dhaka, she has over four decades of leadership in democracy, human rights, gender equality, and local governance. Since 1993, she has spearheaded nationwide initiatives empowering women in politics and strengthening local government institutions. A seasoned researcher and international speaker, she has represented Bangladesh at global forums including the Law and Society Association, advancing justice, civic participation, and women's rights at grassroots and policy levels.
